Saturday 5/24/14-sectionals or an easy recovery run.
BOYS GO 1-2! in 3200- Girls got 2-5 in 800!!!!
Friday 5/23/14-either sectionals/ pre meet / or warm-up followed by SDS (8) 6*500m at 2:30.
Thursday 5/22/14– pre meet
Wednesday 5/21/14-easy run followed by pace 200’s.
Tuesday 5/20/14-Core (2 x 4 :00 of assisted situps) 6-8 miles easy. Those missing Weds for choir got in 10 x 150 at 800g pace. MD crowd got in 6 x 150 (fast- float- fast).
Monday 5/19/14– 3 miles up- SDS (8) followed by 6-12 x 400m on a 2:00-2:10 cycle.
middle distance dudes got in 6(followed by 10 x 100m – LD guys got in 8 x 400m on a 2:00 cycle. Some of the LD guys got in 12 x 400m (2c) . Everyone had to work out at CP because of the Grover Meet. Finished with squats (20/15 / 10 reps @ 110% BW)
